Hurry up and register for the 2021 BMO Downtown Dash. Registration is now LIVE. Limited spots available this year so get signed up early to avoid disappointment.
Remember KIT (Bib and T-Shirt) PICKUP is NOT race day….this year Kit Pickup is Tuesday 5-7 on the Majestic Lawn. Look for the CBRC Tent!

The 2021 Downtown Dash will be held on Thursday, July 8,2021, at 6:00 pm in Corner Brook.
Please read the race details HERE as there are quite a few changes to this years race around things like early race-kit pickup and number of runners allowed.
Register early! Looking forward to seeing everyone at ‘The Dash’!
National Shoe Trail Run 5/10k – Registration is OPEN!

Registration is live for the National Shoe 5 km / 10 km trail run on Saturday, June 19th.
Where? Massey Drive Access Road at Water Treatment Plant Road
Distance: 5 km(ish) and 10 km(ish) ….empahsis on the “ish”. Did you jump over the stump or run around?
